The Company does not have a general mandate from shareholders in relation to interested person transactions pursuant to
Rule 920 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual. There were no interested person transactions of S$100,000 and above between the
Company or its subsidiaries and any of its interested persons during the financial year ended 31 December 2011.
Disclosure Pursuant to Listing Rule 1207(8)
No material contract involving the interests of any Director or controlling shareholder of the Company has been entered
into by the Company or any of its subsidiaries since the end of the previous financial year and no such contract subsisted at
the end of the financial year ended 31 December 2011.
