PERCENTAGE OF SHAREHOLDING HELD BY THE PUBLIC AS AT 16 APRIL 2013
Based on information available to the Company as at 16 April 2013, approximately 9.10% of the Shares of the Company was
held by the public.
The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST”) has on 4 February 2013, upon an application made by the
Company, ruled that:
(i) it has no objection to granting the Company an extension of time up to 1 June 2013 (“Relevant Date”), pursuant to
Rule 724(2) of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST, to restore the Company’s public float to above 10 per cent.; and
(ii) it has no objection to the continued trading of the Company’s Shares on the SGX-ST during the period up to the
Relevant Date.
Further announcement(s) in relation to the Company’s public float will be made by the Company at the appropriate junctures.
