Voting Rights

Shareholders' voting rights are set out in Article 72 of the Company's Articles of Association:

On a show of hands, every member present in person or by proxy shall have one vote and upon a poll, every member present in person or by proxy shall have one vote for every share which he holds.

PERCENTAGE OF SHAREHOLDING HELD BY THE PUBLIC AS AT 17 MARCH 2014

Based on information available to the Company as at 17 March 2014, approximately 14.36% of the Shares of the Company was held by the public and thus, Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has been complied with.
